Meet our guests’ speakers
Jenny Huang
A mother of two teenagers and the founder of HelloPhysio, is a highly accomplished physiotherapist with over two decades of expertise. She graduated magna cum laude with a Master’s in Physical Therapy from the University of Texas Medical Branch in 1997 and has built a distinguished career in the hospital and healthcare industry. Her specialties include injury prevention, orthopedic rehabilitation, musculoskeletal physiotherapy, and sports medicine.
A passionate long-distance runner who has podium several local events, Jenny applies her deep understanding of the human body to stay fit and prevent injuries, blending her professional knowledge with her personal love for running to maintain peak performance.
Elaine Young
Elaine Young is working mother to a spirited 4-year-old daughter, Haley and recently welcomed a new edition to her family, baby Logan.
Balancing her role as the head of the Singapore tax department at a FTSE 100 company, she is also a seasoned triathlete and runner, excelling in both short and long-distance Ironman events across Asia and worldwide over the last decade.
In addition to her personal endeavours, Elaine passionately supports her husband in building Elevate Performance Coaching, one of Singapore's largest triathlon coaching services and communities.
Having navigated her own journey to discover authenticity and self-worth in both the workplace and in her personal life, Elaine is passionate about empowering women to find their voices and reach their full potential amidst life's transitions and challenges. As a committed life coach, she works with individuals to others to recognize their unique gifts and value and embrace their own journeys. Elaine's athletic accolades include being the age group champion at IRONMAN Korea, qualifying and participating in two Ironman World Championships in Hawaii. She won the title of overall women's champion at IRONMAN 70.3 Desaru and second overall woman at the Sundown Marathon shortly after giving birth to Haley.
Fiona Lim
Fiona Lim is a new kid on the block in the sporting arena. A TAF club kid back in school, Fiona developed a passion for competitive sports at much later time in her adulthood. Her first marathon attempt was in 2019 where she completed it in more than 6 hours. Due to a running injury thereafter, she dabbled with cycling but the sport took her out of sports completely due to two accidents.
Fiona returned fully to running sports in 2023 and with much discipline and grit, she podiumed Garmin Run 2024 and even made it Ironman World Championship in the same year.
An inspiring individual that shows it is never too late to pursue sports interest and shine even though you hit your 30s.
