Coach/Trainer(s) | Nelson Wong Nelson is a certified Les Mills Grit Strength Instructor and Virgin Active instructor who enjoys doing speed work and hill training. He believes that the introduction of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to his workout routine has lifted his fitness threshold, allowing him to perform better in other sports, including running. The addition of core exercises has also allowed him to correct his posture balance and prevent injuries. Sebastian Cheong More commonly known as the Cheongster or Iron Man from the group, Sebastian is often seen wearing Superhero attire during some of his runs as he hopes to add an element of fun in his runs. Sebastian is an ultra-trail runner who hopes to inspire and motivate others to lead a healthy lifestyle. Chris A regular marathoner at local and international races, Chris also enjoys incorporating a series of long and short distances in his fitness regime. He is also a CrossFit enthusiasts. |
