The 14th edition of the annual Great Eastern Women’s Run will be flagged off from a new starting point at the Singapore Sports Hub on 3rd November 2019.

In the run-up to the race, the organisers are inviting women to attempt the Great Eastern’s Women IPPT, the first ever all-women’s Individual Physical Proficiency Test that’s designed to help all women assess their fitness levels and empower them on a journey to better health.

Taking place on 24th August, Saturday, at the Singapore Sports Hub, there are two separate sessions starting at 9am and 10am. The three fitness testing stations, consisting of sit-ups, push-ups, and the 2.4km run, are identical to that done by National Servicemen every year.

Ladies that want to find out how well they measure up in this test of physical fitness can sign up online here: https://www.greateasternlife.com/greateasternwomensrun/pre-race-activities/the-women-ippt/our-mission.html
