2020 has been a difficult year and COVID-19 has hit different groups of people disproportionately. Community Services Society will be launching the inaugural REACH Charity Run 2020 to raise awareness and much-needed funds to support our essential services in light of the current global pandemic. Held from 1st to 21st December, the run aims to raise $250,000 through this event with at least 5,000 participants.
The outbreak of COVID-19 has disrupted lives across the world and brought about great uncertainty, especially causing great distress to the vulnerable in our society. In this troubled time where society is in turmoil, social services are in overdrive mode reaching out to people in need.
Since its inception in 1998, REACH Community Services has been committed in achieving her mission of Touching Hearts, Reaching Lives. Contributions from this event will go towards supporting programmes and services in REACH Community Services which aim to provide and build resilience amongst the Least, the Lost and the Lonely in our community.
