You have decided to sign up for the 2017 Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon, but now need the motivation to maintain your training level for the rest of the year.
Fear not, because the Under Armour Run Crew is here to help you out.
The monthly training sessions are designed to provide runners with a platform to train and motivate each other in a friendly and sociable environment while picking up tips from the professionals along the way. This month’s session is happening on Sunday morning, 21st May.
It will feature a special guest appearance by Sonia Osbourne, who will be speaking on “Eating to Optimise Recovery from Training”.
Participants will be entitled to a slew of benefits at TripleFit, after a slow, easy 8km run around the Marina Bay with Running Coach Ben Pulham and some members of the Yellow Fellows, the Under Armour endorsed running club.
